Description

This is the composite chromium-carbide wear resistant hard facing liner plate. As per application i.e. impact, abrasion, erosion the chemistry of alloy mix is prepared. This alloy mix is welded by arc thru flux cored wire on the base plate by automated CNC process to make the total hard facing plate.

Major ingredients / Technical Details

With chromium and carbon, other alloys viz. Manganese, Niobium, Boron, Molybdenum, Silicon etc. are used as alloys which are placed inside the Flux cored wire which is used for hard facing and the alloy mix flux cored wire is made in the plant as in-house production.

Thickness of base plate should be minimum 5 mm and hard facing minimum 3 mm. So, from 8 mm any other higher thickness can be made.
